Spanish

Key Stage 3 Curriculum Content

Students are taught through the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing, and are encouraged to participate actively in lessons.  Students will participate in several activities in each lesson, all designed to help them commit new language to memory and little by little to develop their ability to speak Spanish spontaneously.

We believe in learning through enjoyment so playing language games, paired speaking challenges, using mini whiteboards and watching extracts of Spanish clips on Youtube for context and reinforcement are all integral parts of lessons.
