Enrichment, Clubs & Trips

Enrichment 25-26

We offer a wide range of activities after school - our extra-curricular. These include various sports clubs, fixtures and competitions, drama clubs, science, music ensembles. Many of our contribute to ‘Bradfest’ – a whole day live music festival in July at Bradfield Village Hall.

Bradfield Enrichment Week: Broadening Horizons and Building Community
Bradfield pupils will take part in an exciting Enrichment Week designed to develop cultural capital and foster teamwork. The week includes a variety of activities such as a Trek Day with games and charity fundraising. Last year we raised over £4,000. Trip Days offering off-site experiences for all year groups, and a Careers Day featuring alumni sessions, guest speakers, and interactive challenges. Pupils will also enjoy a vibrant Sports Day with a carousel of activities across our sports facilities, culminating in track events. The week finishes with praise assemblies and a fun end-of-year quiz, ensuring every pupil ends the term on a high note.

IR Enrichment

Our IR Enrichment is all about inspiring curiosity and broadening horizons.
Pupils take part in exciting activities that go beyond the classroom, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. From interactive workshops and cultural experiences to hands-on projects, the program helps pupils develop confidence and discover new interests.

Clubs / Extra-Curricular

Taking part in extracurricular clubs and activities is an important part of a pupil’s development. These opportunities allow children to explore their interests beyond the classroom, build confidence, and develop valuable life skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. Clubs and activities also help pupils form friendships, discover new talents, and foster a sense of belonging within the school community. By encouraging your child to participate, you are supporting their personal growth and helping them create positive experiences that will benefit them both academically and socially.

Please note that while we aim to run all clubs and activities as scheduled, there may be occasions when unforeseen circumstances prevent this. In such cases, staff will do their best to communicate any cancellations or changes to the offer as early as possible. We appreciate your understanding and support in these situations.

Revision Clubs

These after-school sessions are specifically designed for our GCSE pupils.

Attending an after-school revision club is a great way for pupils to reinforce their learning and boost confidence in a supportive environment. These sessions provide focused time to review key topics, ask questions, and receive guidance from teachers outside the classroom setting. Revision clubs help pupils develop effective study habits, prepare thoroughly for assessments, and reduce stress by giving them the tools they need to succeed.

By making the most of this extra support, pupils can strengthen their understanding and achieve their best possible results.

Malaga 2027 Sports Tour

Football/Netball trip to Malaga Sunday 28th March 2027 - Thursday 1st April 2027

After running a series of very successful football/netball trips during the Easter holiday period, I am currently planning another visit to Malaga for Easter 2027. It includes an itinerary to cater for both football and netball enthusiasts.

This exciting trip will give students at the school the opportunity to train with the expert professional netball & football coaches and participate in a tournament & local fixture. Alongside this, all students will go on a behind the scenes tour of Malaga FC stadium and have a day at Parque Aventura High Ropes.
