Congratulations to Year 7 who have had another record breaking half term! The number of house points and thrive cards received continues to amaze me. As we move into the final half term of this year there will be even more exciting ways to earn praise and be rewarded. Please find attached the latest praise bulletin (note – the totals are calculated w/c 13th May and will not necessarily reflect any recent changes or the live data on Go4Schools). I look forward to another fantastic term.
Head of Year 7
We have been informed that Dykes Hall Lane from Hillsborough through to Wadsley is closed to traffic (see attached). The 52A school bus service will continue to operate but cannot use Dykes Hall Lane. Instead on the return journey after Wisewood it will go straight past the Tesco Express (rather than turning down Dykes Hall Road) down Far Lane to Wadsley Lane and then will travel to Hillsborough via Middlewood Road. On a morning it will follow the same route but in reverse.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause but it is beyond our control.
Keith G. Holmes (Assistant Headteacher)
Every half term, we will publish Word of the Week on the school website.

Congratulations to Year 7 who had another fantastic half term and continue to receive lots of praise for their efforts and hard work at Bradfield. Please find attached the latest praise bulletin. (Note – the totals are calculated w/c 18th March and will not necessarily reflect any recent changes or the live data on Go4Schools.) I look forward to another fantastic term.

Please see the message (below) from First South Yorkshire:
Due to safety concerns and increased usage we need to change from Monday (28th January) the place where the 763’s start in the morning.
Instead of picking up at the top of Acorn Drive, the route will start from the bus stop on Stannington Road opposite the Rose and Crown, and will then only serve the next bus stop.
Drivers will be asked to give a week`s grace to anyone waiting on Acorn Drive, but after that the route will only use the recognised stops.
